Before creating Priscus Participations and Priscus Finance, Philippe has held leadership positions in France and Asia in the AGF and Allianz groups. He was then one of the executives of Banque Arjil and associates. Within his 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Philippe led more than 100 merger and acquisition mandates in more than 20 countries. Philippe graduated from HEC business school (1979) and from Paris IX Dauphine.
