Biography :

Ivan began his career in the mergers and acquisitions team in charge of financial institutions at Arjil & Associés Banque. He then worked in the strategy department of the Bel Group before joining the emerging markets M&A team at Rothschild & Cie in Paris.

From 2007 to 2013 he was a partner in the firm representing Rothschild & Cie Banque in Bulgaria. He has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in France, Eastern Europe and North Africa.
