Biography :

Until September 2022, Cécile was CEO of RGI, one of Europe’s leading independent software providers for the insurance industry.

Cécile has over 20 years experience in banking and consulting. She has held senior positions at Accenture (Managing Director and Head of European Banking practice), Capgemini Invent (Head of Corporate Investment Banking vertical), and Roland Berger (Partner in charge of the Financial Institutions practice).

Her 20-plus years in consultancy were split in two with an eight-year stint at Société Générale (Deputy Managing Director of the Sales and Asset Financing division). Prior to that, Cécile spent 7 years with McKinsey & Company (offices in Paris, Milan and Seoul), specialising in strategy and operations for financial services institutions.
