Biography :

Before setting up Priscus Participations and Priscus Finance, Philippe held a number of senior positions in France and Asia within the insurance groups AGF and Allianz. He was then one of the directors of the investment bank Arjil et Associés.

In his 30-year career in the financial sector, he has managed over 100 mergers and acquisitions in some twenty countries.
