Biography :

Olivier began his career in 1997 in private equity with PAI Partners, based in Hong Kong. He then joined CDC Ixis Asset Management (now Natixis Investment Managers) as VP Corporate Development based in Paris. In 2002 he joined Credit Agricole SA as VP Corporate Development within its International Affiliates Division and then in the Group Finance in-House M&A division.

In 2006, Olivier became Head of Corporate Development of Banque Populaire Group (now BPCE). Prior to Priscus Finance, Olivier served in the in-house M&A team of the BPCE Group and was notably in charge of divestments of non-core subsidiaries exposed to the real estate sector.

Olivier has over 20 years combined experience in principal investing experience and participated or managed over 50 major transactions in asset management, banking, insurance and real-estate.
