Biography :

Jérémie has been a business lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, with major law firms in Paris and Mumbai. He assisted a number of French companies in setting up operations in India. Subsequently, with his partners, he founded the leading French restaurant group in India (250 employees, 12 establishments). Jérémie has been appointed Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France and elected Entrepreneur of the Year by the French Embassy in India and the Chamber of Commerce.

Sciences Po Paris (Finance & Stratégy), Université Paris X and holds the certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer
