Priscus Iberia assists the PIB Group Iberia for the acquisition of the Vitorinos Group – Mar.25

The Priscus Iberia team is pleased to announce that it has advised PIB Group Iberia, a division of the specialist insurance intermediary PIB Group, for the acquisition of the non-life insurance broker Vitorinos Group.
Vitorinos manages premiums worth €80m with a network of 16 offices across Portugal.
This operation is marking the PIB Group entry into Portugal and affirms its position as a leader in insurance brokerage in Southern Europe.
