Priscus assists the López Torrijos group on its sale process – Feb.25
Priscus is pleased to announce that it has advised the López Torrijos group, a leading non-life insurance and reinsurance broker across the regions of Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia and Levante (Spain), for its sale to the Concentra Group (BlackFin Capital Partners).
With the support of Concentra, López Torrijos will pursue its mission in providing the best insurance solutions to individuals and companies.
This acquisition marks a significant step in Concentra Group’s expansion policy across the Iberian Peninsula, increasing its reach to over 260 million euros in premiums and 300 employees, further establishing its position as one of the region's leading independent groups.
This is Grupo Concentra's second acquisition of 2024, following the purchase of Portinsurance Consultores in Portugal, which Priscus also advised (buy-side).
