The Priscus Iberia team is pleased to announce that it has advised the French Syclef group for the acquisition in Portugal of the refrigeration company Globalcold.
With more than 80 employees, the Lisbon based company, has also 3 remote agencies that cover the entire country from Porto, through Aveiro to the Algarve.
This new agreement reinforces SYCLEF's ambition to develop on the Iberian Peninsula and is in line with its international momentum.
